Bob Denny began his Real Estate career back
in 1990. During his many successful years,

Bob Denny
Bob is the team leader of the
Bob Denny Team. Bob has been
associated with the Century 21
Real Estate System since
beginning his career in Real
Estate over 15 years ago. Prior
to Real Estate, Bob held the
position of Comptroller at BCI,
Inc. While there, he oversaw
contracts with the U.S.
Government, IBM, and others. Bob
has also run his own business,
spent some time as a bookkeeper
for a local custom builder,
worked in the wholesale
industry, and worked with the
Prince George’s County
Government disposing of surplus
property.
Being a full time professional
he is able to explain the
current market conditions to
both buyers and sellers, as well
as help them understand the
thought process of each other as
it pertains to their
transactions. Additionally,
since he is personally involved
in over forty transactions on
average each year, his awareness
of the market makes him able to
react to changes in the market
conditions as they happen. His
background in financing and
accounting proves to be of great
value for both Buyers and
Sellers when dealing with the
mortgage end of each
transaction. He subscribes to
many financial and forecast
publications in an effort to
project future trends in the
market place as part of his
service to his clients.
He is currently one of the top
associates with Century 21 H.T.
Brown Real Estate, Inc., a
member of the Maryland
Association of Realtors, and the
Southern Maryland Association of
Realtors. He has been the
recipient of numerous awards
including the SMAR Award of
Excellence, Gold Award, Platinum
Award, Diamond Award, and the
Hall of Fame Award. Century 21
has also recognized him with the
Century 21 Master’s Ruby,
Master’s Emerald, Master’s
Diamond Awards and the covenant
Centurion and Centurion Team
Awards.
Bob’s real estate career has
been devoted to treating others
as he wished he had been treated
when he purchased his first
home. He is a firm believer that

Jessica Denny
Jessica recently graduated
from the University of Maryland
Baltimore County with a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology. She has
grown up around real estate and
has recently joined her father
Bob to start her own real estate
career. Currently Jessica is
working as the team’s
administrative assistant and is
also assisting buyers in their
selection of homes. |

Patricia Billeter
Pat has been an active member
of the team since spring 2003.
Originally from the New York
metropolitan area, she relocated
to Southern Maryland over twenty
years ago where she has lived,
worked, and raised a family.
Prior to entering the field of
real estate she held a career in
higher education. During her
career, she has also served in
marketing and communications.

Hernando Pizarro
Hernando is the newest member
of our team, joining us in
January 2005. He has lived in
Waldorf for over 20 years,
growing up here, and seeing the
entire area mature. He has 5
years experience with a Defense
Contractor in the accounting
field as a Budget Analyst. He’s
also a former licensed Optician
that opened and ran two optical
labs, as well as supported the
Optical Boutiques of each store.
His sales, customer service, and
accounting experience is a real
benefit to our team. |

Walter Ware
Walter has been in Real
Estate in the Southern Maryland
area for over 14 years. He lives
here with his wife and two
children and is well versed in
the intricacies that permeate
the region. He’s a graduate with
a degree in Electronic
Engineering. Walter is ready to
serve you for your Real Estate
needs, whether you want to sell,
buy, or rent. He looks forward
