The Nation's capital, historic Annapolis,
and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor are all nearby
any Southern Maryland real estate you select
as well as many world class hospitals,
leading universities, several military
bases, and hot entertainment spots such as
The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,
the Washington Redskins football team home
turf of FedEx field, and various theme
